Less waste
To minimize food waste, we manage our stocks with precision and purchase only the appropriate quantities of fresh, seasonal products. We involve the entire team in this social and environmental responsibility (CSR) approach.
The waste is then entrusted to a company specialized in recycling, Second Harvest.
Packaging
We use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging, such as bamboo, kraft paper, and compostable materials, to ensure minimal environmental impact.
We also adopt healthy and eco-friendly production methods, optimizing energy efficiency and reducing waste.
Responsible sourcing
We source responsibly from local farms, including Ferme Lufa and other local producers.
We prioritize fresh products, without preservatives or colorants.
We collaborate with suppliers committed to sustainable farming practices to ensure the quality and traceability of ingredients.
